This is a list of the various spells that exist in the world of Gaia.

Fire - Creates a quick burst of hot flames around one target
Fira - A churning ball of flames is sent forward at a target
Burn - Deals fire damage, and causes burns that decrease stamina
Firaga - An eruption of searing flames spurts out from the mages fingertips snaking along like a viper

Magic Hammer - heavily damages the magic abilities of the target
white wind - Heals more, for the less wounds the caster has.
Big Guard - casts wall and haste on all targets
Angel Whisper - Fully cures target, both in body and status
Dragon Force - raises target's defense and magic defense by 50 percent
? ? ? ? - Deals damage equal to the gap between user and foe. if the user is heavily damaged, and his foe isn't... it deals that difference in damage.

Laser - cuts foes and monsters... burning flesh, and cutting limbs
Death Force - casts death sentence on a foe and instantly kills them
matra magic - physical attack with alot of rockets against foes

Level 5 death - instantly kills all those who have posted in a multiple of 5
death sentence - target must finish you off in 3 posts or die
death roulette - one person is randomly killed

Characters may choose up to three strings of spells from schools appropriate to their job to start themselves on and up to the first to spells. This reflects the starting magical capabilities of the characters though they may later be able to learn other strings or more powerful spells from the ones they already have. The limit on Spells and spell strings known is intended to help add balance and is more a guideline than a hard and fast rule. For example a Black mage may have the first two Fire, Lightning and Water strings, Or may only have the first two spells of the Fire and Lightning strings and have another ability. On the other hand a Red Mage/Black Mage may have the first spells of the Restore, Fire and Lightning strings as well as an ability. Players are encouraged to use their best judgment in spell selection. Remember, When in doubt ask the staff.

Characters may choose up to three strings of spells from schools appropriate to their job to start themselves on and up to the first to spells. This reflects the starting magical capabilities of the characters though they may later be able to learn other strings or more powerful spells from the ones they already have. The limit on Spells and spell strings known is intended to help add balance and is more a guideline than a hard and fast rule. For example a Black mage may have the first two Fire, Lightning and Water strings, Or may only have the first two spells of the Fire and Lightning strings and have another ability. On the other hand a Red Mage/Black Mage may have the first spells of the Restore, Fire and Lightning strings as well as an ability. Players are encouraged to use their best judgment in spell selection. Remember, When in doubt ask the staff.
